Shauna completed her undergraduate at Queens University in Belfast, Northern Ireland and was awarded he Evelyn Boyd Scott Gold Medal.
A Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners was awarded with distinction in 2003 and after moving to Australia with her husband and 4 children in 2013 a fellowship of The Royal College of General Practitioners of Australia.
