Dr Niki Talic is a Medical Doctor, Fellow of the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia (CPCA), and a Paediatric Trauma Consultant working at a leading children’s hospital in Melbourne. Alongside her hospital role, she is the Co-Founder and Director of Dr Fresh Clinic, a medical-led aesthetic and skin health clinic grounded in patient safety, clinical excellence, and individualised care.
With a career spanning acute paediatric trauma and aesthetic medicine, Dr Niki brings a unique depth of clinical expertise and precision to her work. She completed her medical training in the UK before undertaking advanced specialist training in Paediatric Emergency and Trauma at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne.
Dr Niki is a recognised trainer, educator, and Key Opinion Leader within the aesthetic industry. She is regularly invited to speak at conferences and delivers hands-on training and mentorship to doctors and nurses, with a strong focus on safety, evidence-based practice, and clinical judgement.
She is deeply passionate about education and believes that raising standards within the industry comes through high-quality training, thoughtful mentorship, and a commitment to continuous learning. Her teaching focuses not only on technical skill, but also on developing clinical reasoning, ethical practice, and meaningful patient relationships.
