Alex Yang is the CEO/owner of Mstone Partners, which serves as the major shareholder of DKL.  Under Mstone platform in the last 10 years, Alex has served as CEO and Chair of the board for a number of portfolio companies, focused on therapeutic drug development in pediatric rare diseases and neurodegenerative disorders, medical devices and AI healthcare services.  Alex has led pre-clinical development and clinical trial operations, licensing, M&A transactions and Nasdaq listing for his portfolio companies.  Prior to Mstone, Alex has more than 20 years of work experiences in advising and executing fund formation, cross-border transactions, and a diverse pool of investment experiences in multiple industry sectors.  Alex was formerly a managing partner at Kim & Chang and Ernst & Young in their Hong Kong offices leading regional financial services practice. Alex’s prior career also includes private equity banking and in-house counsel at Morgan Stanley. He also worked at Coopers & Lybrand and Ernst & Young New York offices in their international tax and consulting divisions. Alex graduated from New York University School of Law with both Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees with a bar under the State of New York.  Alex received an undergraduate degree from Binghamton University in Economics.
